At GTPLAYER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components, including hardware and manuals, back into the original shipping box to prevent damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
